Open positions and duties

Six positions support the SIG year-round.

• President

  Sets the SIG's annual direction, runs board meetings, represents BAE within CalABA, and coordinates the annual SIG gathering.

• Vice President

  Supports the President, leads symposium and CEU planning, and steps in when the President is unavailable.

• Secretary

  Maintains meeting minutes, coordinates board communications, and tracks membership records.

• Membership and Recruitment Chair

  Owns the membership pipeline — outreach, onboarding, and growing BAE within the BCBA community.

• Research and Resource Chair

  Curates the resource share, sources presenters, and surfaces evidence-based practices to the membership.

• Past President

  Provides continuity and institutional knowledge, mentors the incoming board, and supports special projects.
