Rob Spain has been working with students who exhibit challenging behaviors in the educational setting since 2001. He currently leads the Behavior Intervention Team in Kings Canyon Unified School District and has served as an Applied Behavior Analysis instructor at Fresno Pacific University since 2014. His work spans public schools, nonpublic schools, in-home behavior programs, and educational enrichment programs, with an emphasis on team building and implementing research-based systems in classrooms. Rob advocates for helping students, teachers, and families take a compassionate approach to behavior challenges.

Alexandria is a BCBA with The Behavior Consultation Team (BCT) as part of Clovis Unified School District's Comprehensive Wellness Project, where she collaborates with general education school staff district-wide to implement and monitor effective behavior support strategies and interventions. She holds a Master's degree in psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Fresno State. Alexandria entered the ABA field in 2010 and has gained most of her BCBA experience in school settings. Her professional interests include trauma-informed ABA and ABA for mental health and wellness. Outside of work, she's married with four cats and enjoys yoga, the outdoors, shopping, singing, and watching Bravo TV.

Megan Caluza has been working to support behavioral needs in schools since 2006 as a behavior therapist working for a school district both in homes and classrooms. She presently serves as a behavior specialist in Berkeley Unified School District, supporting students in general education classroom settings. Her experience includes work as a special education teacher and classroom teacher in public schools, along with advocacy work alongside families for student-centered special education approaches.

Michelle Turbin

Michelle has worked as a Behavior Specialist for the San Leandro Unified School District since 2016 and is the CEO and Clinical Director of Second Star Behavior Services. She holds a BA in Psychology, an MA in Special Education, and is currently completing a doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. A registered yoga teacher, Michelle also provides accessible yoga instruction to teenagers and adults with developmental disabilities, bringing expertise in health, wellness, and inclusive programming to her work.

Holly is a BCBA and school psychologist working at the Fresno County Office of Education. As part of the Behavior Intervention Team, she supports students with behavior needs through assessment, consultation, and training for staff and families. She has worked with students from infant through high school.

Katie is the Coordinator for Behavior Intervention and Support for North Monterey County Unified School District, where she coordinates tiers of behavior and social-emotional support for all learners. She is a doctoral candidate at Arizona State University in the Educational Leadership and Innovation Program; her dissertation involves coaching middle school teachers to implement Tier 1 positive behavior practices. Katie holds a Master's in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis and a minor in Criminology from Fresno State, and has taught at CSU Monterey Bay. She has served learners across schools, centers, homes, and the community — including neurodivergent learners and learners who have experienced trauma — from infant through adult. Outside of work, she enjoys time outdoors with her spouse Matthew and their child River, with music, guitar, and ukulele as family staples.
